Three Weeks of Digital Missions

Starting July 15 and running through August 4, Chick-fil-A One members can participate in new missions that launch every Tuesday. Players team up with the beloved bovine characters—Daisy, Sarge, and Carrots—as they embark on a “high-spirited mission” to sneak into Circus Burger headquarters and take on their longtime rival.

The game offers substantial food rewards for completing missions, including:

  • Medium waffle fries
  • Chocolate chunk cookies
  • 5-count chicken nuggets

“The cows have been a much-loved part of Chick-fil-A’s story for nearly 30 years, and we enjoy finding new ways to celebrate them along with our guests,” said Dustin Britt, executive director of brand strategy at Chick-fil-A. “This year, we’re inviting fans to experience the cows in fun, new ways, from digital games to short films, podcasts and limited-time merch — it’s a summer celebration with something for all ages.”

Beyond Gaming: Expanded Cow Universe

The Code Moo launch is part of a broader summer celebration that extends beyond the digital game. Chick-fil-A has created a comprehensive entertainment package featuring:

Udder Chaos Animated Short: A four-minute animated video following Daisy, Sarge, and Carrots on their mission inside Circus Burger headquarters. The short is available on both the Chick-fil-A Play app and YouTube, specifically designed to engage younger fans.

Cow Tales Podcast: A new podcast series that invites listeners into the world of the Chick-fil-A cows. Each episode runs under 10 minutes and is available through the Chick-fil-A Play app, offering bite-sized entertainment for fans of all ages.

Limited-Time Merchandise Returns

Complementing the digital offerings, Chick-fil-A has announced the return of its Cow Collection merchandise, featuring what the company calls “returning favorites and fresh new swag.” The collection includes unique items such as bucket hats and pickleball sets, available online and at select participating restaurants while supplies last.

How to Participate

To join the Code Moo experience, customers must be members of Chick-fil-A One, the chain’s free rewards program. The game is exclusively available through the main Chick-fil-A app—it’s important to note that food rewards are not available through the separate Chick-fil-A Play app.

New missions will continue to launch every Tuesday throughout the three-week campaign, giving players multiple opportunities to earn free menu items. The timing coincides with the chain’s ongoing expansion, with locations like Ohio boasting 87 restaurants, including 12 in Cincinnati and eight in Columbus.

This latest Code Moo iteration represents Chick-fil-A’s continued investment in digital engagement and brand storytelling, using their famous cow mascots to create a multi-platform entertainment experience that spans gaming, animation, podcasts, and merchandise.

The campaign runs from July 15 through August 4, 2025, offering fans nearly a month of cow-themed entertainment and the chance to win free food every Tuesday.
